SBiT -> RMA

  1. A RMA request form has to be filled in before sending goods for repair. RMA forms should be completed entirely to insure prompt service.
  2. All marks and labels on the RMA products have to be removed.
  3. Upon receipt of RMA returns, Sinobest International Tecnology Limited will verify with the customer that the RMA products received are those as specified on the RMA form,
  4. The RMA returns should be packed in static-free packing. The customer assumes responsibility for product until receipt at Sinobest International Technology Limited Shipment via an insurable carrier is recommended. Any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer or shipment will be refused.
  5. Any product found to be damaged through mis-use, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.
  6. If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with, the customer must notify Sinobest International Technology Limited immediately and file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved. No RMA will be issued for damages which occur during transit. All such claims must be taken up with the freight carrier.
  7. Under normal operation, RMA returns will be repaired/replaced with new parts within 30 days after receipt of Sinobest International Technology Limited then return to customer.
  8. Warranty will be VOID under the following conditions: - Alterations or modification on products
    - Physical damage
